Terms & Conditions
Deposits
- 15-20% deposit is required. For example, if you request for 5,000 credit points (1 credit = $1), you need to put down a minimum deposit of $1,000
- Only accept a minimum of 2,000 credits ($2,000) to start. Less than $2,000, request will not be accepted
- Deposit is refundable anytime if you decide to stop collaboration (2 weeks notice in advance)
- 20% of the deposit will be forfeited if the collaboration is terminated within 6 months
- 50% of the deposit will be forfeited if the collaboration is terminated within 3 months
- 80% of the deposit will be forfeited if the collaboration is terminated within 1 month
Settlement
- Weekly settlement is done every Monday
- Payment is to be received by every Tuesday
- Any delay, your account will be suspended
Guidance
- No guidance will be provided. If you need any training about how to use the platform, there will be a fee of $200 for one-hour training (zoom 1 to 1 training). Only zoom training is available. No in-person training
Application process

- The processing time is between 2 to 5 working days
- Approval is “case by case” basis.
- Application is free. Unlike other casinos, we DO NOT charge you any service fee for the application.
- Once your application is approved, your agent account will be created, and login information will be sent to you within 48 hours.
